THANK YOU
Thank you for your participation at the 8thAnnual Vahagn Setian B2V Memorial Run/Walk on Sunday, December 2nd. Your presence and generosity made it a resounding success. Which helps us continue our work: educating public – especially the young public – about the dangers of impaired or distracted driving. Also helping our youth build healthy & productive lives – one choice at a time. These programs are designed to promote the social and personal values that Vahagn held so dear.
As before, our Beverly Hills community came together to enliven the proceedings: City officials; runners from the Beverly Hills Police and Fire Departments; students; teachers; generous corporate and private sponsors and residents. Everyone’s enthusiasm was infectious, and a holiday atmosphere prevailed. The jazz quartet provided a cheery sound track for the festivities, including the prize ceremony, in which the winners received valuable awards and much-deserved applause. This year we also had Beverly Hills rocker Steve Cooke who performed an intimate classical version of Stairway to Heavenby Led Zeppelin, with guitarist Kenton Youngstrom, a soloist for the LA Chamber Orchestra and the LA Jewish Symphony.
We remain humbled by the outpouring of kindness and affection you all have shown for our cause. Allow me to say once again how deeply we appreciate your generosity and humanity.
Gratefully yours,
Karén Setian
Chairman
